We feel so lucky to have found Sarah-Anne and Beau! They take such wonderful care of our "kids"- we have total and complete trust in them. When Sarah-Anne first came over, she asked a lot of detailed questions about our dogs and their daily routine, things I had not considered but that are very important. When one of our elderly dogs had passed on- a very tough time- she was there for us and was so supportive and kind. Sarah-Anne also has been there for questions I had regarding dog behavior and getting a new dog. She is very well versed in all aspects in care of your companion(s). When I first sat down with Sarah-Anne we filled out a sheet that asked every question imaginable about our pets and our routines with them. "We had made arrangements for Sarah-Anne and Beau to take care of our three dogs while we were on vacation in Hawaii for two weeks. About eleven days before we were supposed to leave, our chocolate lab, Cocoa, was injured. We considered cancelling our trip. Sarah-Anne and Beau assured us all would be fine. They helped Cocoa with her medication, coordinated visits with our Vet and took great care of the other two dogs as well. All were given lots of love and plenty of belly rubs.
